Dr. Rairigh is originally from the rolling hills of West Virginia.  He began his undergraduate education at Bethany College, in Bethany, West Virigina, where he studied Biology.  He later went on to pursue a career in Audiology at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science degree and his Doctor of Audiology degree in 2007. 
 While working towards his doctorate in Audiology, Dr. Rairigh worked in Inova Fairfax hospital as an Audiology intern whose primary responsibility included newborn hearing evaluations, focused towards premature infants.  This included advanced studies of Auditory Brainstem Response testing and Otoacoustic emissions to identify those children who may be deaf or hard of hearing at birth so that they can be fit with hearing aids or cochlear implants to ensure proper speech and language development. 
Dr. Rairigh is currently a member of the American Academy of Audiology, Maryland Academy of Audiology, and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.  In 2004 he formed the local Philadelphia chapter of the National Association of Future Doctors of Audiology (NAFDA), while he was working towards his doctorate.  During this time he served as the NAFDA president for two years, and the vice-president of the local Lion’s club where he helped organize health fairs in the Philadelphia area.  In 2006 Dr. Rairigh served as a consultant on the research podium for the American Academy of Audiology, where he assisted in the approval process for research presentations. 
Here at Hearing Professionals Inc., Dr. Rairigh serves as the Assistant Director of Audiology. His primary goal is to help improve the quality of life of those who suffer from hearing and balance disorders by providing the very best in hearing and balance health care.
